She has forged a career that combines her love for the game with her willingness to adapt to an evolving industry. She is originally from Colombia and moved to the United States on a golf scholarship to Georgia State University when she was 17. After twelve years at Golf Channel working in different roles (her last one as a highlights supervisor), Lina transitioned to a career as a freelance producer and her clients include PGATOUR, NBC Sports and TMRW Sports.

Passionate about football, filmmaking, and photography, Lee has embarked on a journey to capture the beautiful nature of the game through the lens. This pursuit has led to a fulfilling career marked by joy and dedication.

His work centers around football and spans commercial, corporate, and live music videos. With over 15 years of experience, Julio is an award-winning producer and director specializing in non-scripted, documentary, audio, and video content. His impressive portfolio includes work with VICE Media, Netflix, and Spotify, where he created and executive produced the critically acclaimed podcast “LOUD: The History of Reggaeton.” He produced and directed “Pa Que Sepa,” a digital series featuring in-depth interviews with emerging Latino sports personalities. Julio also contributed as an associate producer to the award-winning documentary “Legacy of 21.”

After twelve years working in television production, Maribel launched her own production company “Diferente Creative” in 2018, helping create notable sports projects such as Birdies Not BS in 2019, (the first golf podcast hosted by people of color), the GolfNow special series “The Next Round” (an NBC Sports property), and as a Consulting Producer for Golf Channel’s video podcast “Beyond The Fairway,”. Her company continues producing engaging YouTube content for professional athletes and sports talent.

Maribel has also produced content for major brands like AARP, Discovery, Netflix, TLC and A&E, among other networks. In 2021 she co-founded BIPOC Podcast Creators to amplify diverse voices in the podcasting space.

Her career reflects a deep passion for storytelling and innovation in media, driven by a commitment to excellence and continuous growth.

With 15 years of field and post-production experience, Ramirez is a dedicated bilingual storyteller and field producer. Griselda has a diverse portfolio that includes sports features, true crime documentaries, competition shows, and advertising campaigns.

Born and raised in the modest agricultural city of Salinas, California, Ramirez grew up playing soccer and running across lettuce and strawberry fields. These early experiences fueled a passion for storytelling and a desire to share people's stories in an honest and creative way.

As a Mexican-American professional in TV production, Griselda takes pride in her ability to connect with diverse audiences and tell compelling human-interest stories.
